What’s Up @ SGA February 18th-21st:

I trust that you had the chance to enjoy the sunshine and the long weekend with loved ones. The dance-a-thon was fantastic! On behalf of the staff, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation for the generosity of the community. We will be holding a final assembly February 28 and grand prizes as well as our final total will be shared then (as well as in the March Newsletter).

A letter/media release was sent home last Friday. It is with respect to our Black History Month presentation by D.O. Gibson. CTV news is doing a story on him and has asked to film him at SGA on February 24th. Please fill out the form and return to your child(ren)’s teacher no later than February 20th. -Lego Robotics during lunch for those Grade 1 & 2 students who have signed up
Wednesday, February 19th:
-Primary Indoor Soccer House Leagues 12:20—1:00 for those who signed up
-CSC Meeting @ 7:15 pm
Carnaval/Carnavale –wear the colours of the French flag
Thursday, February 20th:
-Healthy Snack (CSC): mini apples
-Primary Indoor Soccer House Leagues 12:20—1:00 for those who signed up
-Carnaval/Carnavale –wear the colours of the Italian flag
Friday, February 21st:
-Due to the province wide action, there will be no school. Carnaval/Carnavale activity of pajama day will be rescheduled for Tuesday, February 25th (Pajama and Pancake Tuesday). Pancakes are provided by Just for Kids Catering and will be distributed by CSC members – Thank you! Should you have any concerns regarding allergies, please do not hesitate to contact me at the school.
